Firm permits are issued/renewed for terms of up to two years, always expiring June 30, but which calendar year applies to a given firm depends on when that firm's permit was last issued or renewed AND which term length (1 or 2 years) it was issued for -- both printed on the firm's own permit, not published per-firm by the board (NMSA 1978, 61-28B-13(E), as amended by Laws 2025, ch. 105 (HB 296)).
