Code 30-X-5-.05(1): annual permits to practice 'expire on the last day of September of each year.' Per Ala. Admin. Code 30-X-3-.07(1): the renewal fee ($100 individual / $130 firm) and CPE compliance statement must be submitted 'no later than December 31 following expiration of the permit.' Late penalties (30-X-3-.07(4)): $100 if filed Jan1-Feb, $500 if filed March, discipline possible after.
