Mandatory triennial registration (distinct from the license itself) expires in the month prior to the licensee's own birth month, 2-3 years after first registration.
This one can't be looked up from your birth month alone. Unlike CA/TX, this date cannot be reduced to a lookup table from birth month alone -- it also depends on the individual's first-registration date, which is not a fact this dataset has. The generated page must say so plainly and point the reader to NYSED, not assert a table.
