$100. $100 application-processing fee (MCL 338.2211) applies to a relicensure application under R 338.5230 (that rule requires 'the required fee' without stating an amount itself). A $20 late-renewal fee (MCL 338.2206) is also owed on relicensure -- MCL 339.411(3)(b) requires the application processing fee, the late renewal fee, AND the upcoming period's license fee, so the total exceeds the $100 processing fee alone.
