Firms performing peer-reviewable services file an annual firm registration no later than September 30 (IDAPA 24.30.01 § 211.01); firms that do not perform those services are exempt from peer review, not from the registration filing itself -- the firm must still renew its registration and notify the Board of the exemption in writing at that time (§ 208.01).
