Their reminders start right away -- no confirmation step to wait on. They'll get one email the moment you add them, naming your firm and with a one-click opt-out if they'd rather not be tracked this way.
One row per staff member. First row must be column headers -- at
minimum email and state (or state_slug). Optional columns:
staff_label, license_type_id, birth_month,
birth_year, cohort_group, license_expiration_date,
renewal_fee, office_tag, license_issue_date -- same fields
the form above accepts, so a state needing more than email/state (about a third of them do) needs
the matching column filled in or that row will be skipped with the same reason the single Add
Staff form would show.
Starting from an existing spreadsheet? with the exact column headers below, then copy your staff into it -- safer than retyping headers by hand.
Download your full roster as a CSV -- every field this page tracks,
plus current CPE progress. A read-only report for backups or spreadsheets, not formatted for
re-import (it uses display labels like state name and license type name, not the raw
state_slug/license_type_id codes Import above expects).
Where your firm has staff licensed, and who's at risk.
What upgrading unlocks: a color-coded map of exactly which states your team can practice in today without a local license, plus a firm-level registration check for attest work where your firm itself (not just the individual CPA) needs to register. Roster, calendar, CPE-hour tracking, and individual Practice Privilege Check stay free either way. See plans.
Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands) aren't shown on the map -- see the roster table for your full list.
Track completed continuing-education hours against each state's own requirement. Internal visibility only -- not an official state filing, and not a substitute for your state board's own CPE reporting system.

Share your link with another CPA firm. Each firm that signs up for a paid plan through it gets 10% off THEIR next invoice, and adds another 10% to YOUR discount — up to 10 successful referrals, 100% off. Referrals beyond the 10th don't add anything further; your discount stays capped at 100%. A new code with up to 10 uses arrives on every paid invoice, replacing the old one.

Currently signed in as …. Changing this sends a confirmation link to the NEW address — nothing changes until you click it there.
Every reminder your staff receive already mentions your firm's name. Optionally set a reply-to address so a reply reaches you directly instead of Deadline-Radar — reminders still send from Deadline-Radar's own address; only where a reply goes changes.
Choose which of the standard reminder points your staff receive. At least one must stay checked -- leave them all checked (the default) for the full escalating schedule.
We'll email you when a new mobility rule change affects a state your roster is licensed in -- on by default. You still choose whether to notify staff; this just means you don't have to remember to check the Calendar yourself.
A periodic email bundling every newly-due renewal across your WHOLE roster, sent to you as the firm admin -- on by default for an eligible plan. Nobody's own individual reminder is affected either way; this is in addition to those, not instead of them.
Connect a Slack channel to get one daily digest of renewals that became newly due for your roster -- bundled into a single message, never one ping per deadline. Uses the same reminder timing you've already set above.
Same daily digest as Slack, posted to a Teams channel instead. Microsoft retired one-click Teams connectors, so this one's manual: in Teams, open the channel, choose More options (…) → Workflows → "Send webhook alerts to a channel", save it, then paste the webhook URL it gives you below.

Set a password to sign in directly, instead of waiting on an emailed link each time. If you already have one, enter it below to change it.
Require a code from an authenticator app, in addition to your password or sign-in link, before this account can be signed in. Doesn't apply when you sign in with Google — that already proves a real, typically 2FA-protected Google account.

Adding team members requires a paid plan. Upgrade your plan to invite your team — once you're on any paid tier, team members are included at no extra charge.
Deactivates your account immediately -- your roster stops sending reminders and nobody can sign in, including you. The data is permanently erased 30 days later. This can't be undone.
